Select the reason for the appointment, time slot, the location, and the preferred contact method (phone, in-person, video conference). Verify your information and confirm the appointment. You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
To pay for your consultation online: During the online booking, enter your banking details. Transactions are secure and carried out through certified online payment providers. You will receive a payment confirmation by email. You can also pay with Orange Money or MOMO.
HRAE offers several teleconsultation services to facilitate access to care: General medical consultations: For general medical advice and prescriptions. Specialized consultations: For expert opinions in specific fields such as cardiology, dermatology, etc. Chronic disease follow-up: For patients requiring regular monitoring of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. Mental health consultations: For sessions with psychologist or psychiatrists. To access these services, log in to your personal account on the HRAE website and select the desired teleconsultation option.
Common tropical diseases include: Malaria: Symptoms - fever, chills, headache. Treatment - antimalarial medications. Dengue: Symptoms - high fever, headache, muscle pain. Treatment - rest, hydration, pain relievers. Yellow Fever: Symptoms - fever, chills, muscle pain. Treatment - preventive vaccine, supportive care.
Signs of a stroke include: Facial drooping. Sudden weakness or numbness on one side of the face. Loss of strength or numbness in the arm or leg. Difficulty speaking or understanding. In case of a stroke, it is crucial to act quickly: Call emergency services immediately (15 or 112). Note the time of symptom onset. Do not give the affected person anything to eat or drink.
